Oltremare is the park where Mother Nature runs the show, a place where to discover the natural wonders and understand the importance of environmental protection. Over the years, Riccione-based Oltremare has been the reference point for nature enthusiasts and those wanting to explore the secrets of flora and fauna.
The park hosts several animal species, first and foremost the renowned dolphins which are deemed one of Oltremare’s best known attractions and star in many shows.
Each area of the park is rich in curiosities regarding wildlife and nature providing kids and grown-ups with an unforgettable experience. Oltremare is split into various themed areas, each focused on a different natural element.
Water: an iconic space of Oltremare with its well-knon Doplhins Lagoon, the area dedicated to fish and seahorses.
Air: an area home to the Owl’s Mill (Mulino del Gufo) which hosts owls and other nocturnal species as well as other birds like parrots. Here visitors can marvel at the ‘Flight of Rapacious Birds’.
Earth: a vegetation-filled area which proposes a journey along the evolution of nature and animals aimed at discovering farm animals and insects.
Fire: a multi-sensory section unfolding through various steps explaining the earth’s evolution thanks to 3D clips and special effects.
Energy: a space entirely dedicated to the fun provided by Adventure Island, a 4000-meter playground featuring ropes, viable rivers, battles with water cannons and dancing fountains. This section also hosts several shows and music events.
2019 Season:
The park stays open from 6th April to 15th September between 10 am and 6 pm
On the 21st, 22nd, 28 th, 29th September, every Sundays during October and from 31st October to 3rd November, the park stays open between 10 am and 6 pm
On the 8th December and from 26th December to 6th January the park stays open between 10 am and 5 pm
